The process

Inquiry and Initial Contact
Parents or guardians can reach out to Samvedna through phone, email, or a direct visit. Basic details about the child are noted, and an appointment is scheduled for further interaction.

Assessment and Observation
A team of experts conducts assessments to understand the child’s developmental, educational, and behavioral needs. Observations help in identifying the right support and learning plan.

Discussion and Program Planning
Assessment findings are discussed with the family, and a personalized education or therapy plan is shared. Details regarding schedules, fees, and goals are explained clearly.

Admission and Onboarding
Once agreed, the child is formally enrolled and introduced to the center. A smooth transition is ensured with orientation sessions for both parents and the child.

At Samvedna, every child is unique, and our enrollment process reflects our commitment to understanding and supporting each learner’s individual needs. To begin your child’s journey with us, please submit the following documents:
- Passport-size Photographs
- Birth Certificate
- Aadhar Card (Child and Parents)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Medical Records/Diagnosis Reports
- Signed School Policies & Consent Form
